We may use the information you supply us to contact you with matters related to your registration, purchase of classes, about your account status or to inform you about new Horizon Safety Training, LLC offers.     Horizon Safety Training, LLC services can be purchased over the phone through a secure credit card transaction . The credit card billing is provided by GoDaddy/Paymentech which is a trusted name in online and retail transaction processing. When you supply your credit card information it is not retained on file by us. Moreover, the transaction takes place on the GoDaddy/Paymentec secure server which is 100% safe. When you purchase any of our services, it is treated as a one time sale and your credit card will not be charged again in the future as is the case in subscription sales.

    What is our policy if there is a change in our Privacy practices?
    Horizon Safety Training, LLC strives to improve the company's privacy policy from time to time. In such an eventuality, emails will be sent out to all users describing the changes in the privacy policy and how they can opt out from the effects of the new privacy policy. Users will clearly be given an opportunity to prohibit any use of information that was not described at the time the initial user information was collected. Moreover, the link to the updated privacy policy will be clearly notified on the home page of the site.

    What is Horizon Safety Training, LLC’s policy if the site is sold or merged with another company?
    Horizon Safety Training, LLC will do its utmost to ensure that the successor adheres to the same privacy policy. However the privacy practices of the successor company cannot be ascertained before the eventuality of such a takeover occurs. Horizon Safety Training, LLC will do its best to inform all registered users about the changes in the privacy practices as soon as the information about the new policy is made available.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Horizon Safety Training reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.


    REFUND POLICY: 
    Once confirmation number is assigned NO REFUNDS are given unless the class is cancelled by Horizon Safety Training, L.L.C..  If there is a cancellation by Horizon Safety Training for any reason, you will be notified by the instructor prior to the beginning of class.

    Payment is required prior to the beginning of all classes. 
    For your convenience, Horizon Safety Training accepts:  American Express, MasterCard, Visa, business checks and  money orders.   Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation number.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Horizon Safety Training shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Horizon Safety Training with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Horizon Safety Training with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Horizon Safety Training.
